Our staff, who are located in both offices, work very closely together and every staff member plays an important role in ensuring every move proceeds in the way in which you, as our clients, would like it to.
All our staff understand the importance of communication and there are many parties involved in each property transaction from agents, clients, mortgage advisors and solicitors who all need to know what is happening at each stage of the move. All our staff know the importance of speaking to everyone involved. We pride ourselves on our motivated “can do” attitude and will never be afraid to pick up the phone to make sure that you and those supporting you are fully up to date.
Moving house as we all know is an emotional time and there can be problems, however, the team are able to assist in many ways and there are very few issues that they cannot or have not overcome to reach your desired outcome.
